Delivery Procedure
All delivery preparation or planning will be arranged after we had received full payment.
If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, contact numbers, and receiver's name are complete and accurate so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
All orders will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of your order with payment, unless it is stated as a 'Ready Stock' items. For any Ready Stock items, it will be shipped within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends or public holidays). Please take note that our products are mainly preorder items, unless 'Ready Stock' has stated in option.
We hope our beloved customers understand that Monlyn contracts third party logistics for our deliveries, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please reset assured we're always on your side and will assist in any way we can.
