Refund, Return, and Exchange of the item only available or acceptable when the item received by you has obvious defects and/or the item has been wrongly sent out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you receivedit, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Exceptions /Non-returnable items
i) the size of the item that you have ordered does not fit you; or
ii) the item does not "look good" on you.
The measurement of the size of the item is clearly provided on the website. Therefore, you are advised to measure according to the size chart before you proceed to place the order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days.
